Murata Isolated DC-DC converters for PoE IEEE802.3af
PoE technology enables power supply over LAN cables used to build networks, improving installation flexibility, and reducing costs. In recent years, network-enabled devices such as security cameras and biometric authentication equipment have increasingly adopted PoE technology. Against this backdrop, demand for compact power modules for PoE-compatible devices is growing.
Accordingly, Murata has developed this product compliant with IEEE802.3af. The product’s compact, low-profile design (1.02×0.58×0.27 inches (26×14.8×6.8mm)) enhances layout flexibility on circuit boards. It is mainly suited for camera modules and biometric authentication devices that require space-saving and low-noise characteristics, and contributes to the miniaturization of other communication devices.

Digi XBee® is a family of wireless communication modules designed for embedded solutions. Using the Wi-SUN® protocol, the Digi XBee for Wi-SUN solution forms a low-power, wide-area network (LPWAN) designed for mesh networking in large-scale outdoor and urban environments, such as smart cities, smart grids, and other Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) applications.
Wi-SUN (Wireless Smart Ubiquitous Network) is an open standard protocol developed by the Wi-SUN Alliance. With over 300 alliance members and over 100 million devices deployed, the Digi XBee solution for Wi-Sun, is scalable, secure and standards-based. Wi-SUN mesh networking works over long ranges and supports both battery-operated and mains-powered devices. In addition to Digi XBee for Wi-SUN modules, Digi has Wi-SUN border routers to bridge the Wi-SUN network to the Internet via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or cellular connections.

Hirose Waterproof ix Industrial Connector
The ix Industrial™ was first introduced in 2017 through a technology partnership between Hirose Electric and Germany’s HARTING Technology Group. Since then, it has been widely adopted across a range of industrial applications—including factory automation (FA), robotics, and machine vision—due to its compact size and high durability. The ix Industrial™ has been used as a communication connector by many major industrial equipment manufacturers, both in Japan and overseas, including for Ethernet-based systems.
In manufacturing environments, wiring is often required in areas exposed to high humidity or dust. Traditional RJ45 waterproof connectors tend to be large, creating challenges for mounting space and handling. To address these issues, Hirose has added a waterproof version to the ix Industrial™ Series—already well regarded for its compact form factor and rugged design. Compared to RJ45 waterproof connectors, the ix Industrial™ is significantly smaller and, with its IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof performance (when mated), offers greater flexibility for use across a wide variety of industrial equipment.

The high-reliability, low-ESR GYG series of conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors offers improved capacitance over the GYF and GYA series. The GYG series utilizes high-capacitance foil and thin separators to deliver capacitance and ripple current capability up to 1.8 times that of the standard GYA series. These increases enable miniaturization in your designs by reducing the number of capacitors needed. The series offers rated voltages from 25 V to 35 V and capacitances from 82 µF to 680 µF, with an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C and a life of 4,000 hours at 125 °C. RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant.

Zettler’s ZPI30SXX00WN-0SF model offers numerous advanced features, including a high energy efficiency of 85%, a wide input voltage range from 90VAC to 305VAC, as well as protection functions against overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuits. With its compact design, the module is particularly suitable for applications in industry and in e-charging systems. It also meets international standards such as EN62368-1 and EN55032 Class B for electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility.
